Sunday Afternoon Ride

We meet at 1:00pm at Volker Bicycles on 39th street and Bell in Kansas City, MO. This ride varies from week to week depending on the new riders that show up! We will determine abilities before the ride and plan accordingly. It typically is a recovery pace for the riders that have had a long week of hard workouts and races. 14mph. Join us on this social Sunday ride!!
